Safety & Professional Boundaries
SUVANÉ provides non-medical, in-home bodywork sessions for adults. Our services do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.
Before you book
Please book only if you are 18 or older, can provide accurate booking information, and can provide a safe, clean, and appropriate indoor setting for the session. Pets must be secured, and the practitioner must be able to enter and leave safely.
Please share only information relevant to a safe session. SUVANÉ may request clarification, recommend you consult a qualified healthcare professional, or determine that a session is not appropriate at this time. Decisions are based on service scope, professional boundaries, informed consent, and actual safety conditions.
Professional boundaries and safety
SUVANÉ is strictly professional, non-sexual bodywork. Sexual, romantic, or otherwise inappropriate requests or conduct, harassment, threats, recording without permission, intoxication that impairs safety, or an unsafe environment are not permitted.
The practitioner may decline to begin or may end a session immediately when safety, professional boundaries, consent, or the scope of service makes continuing inappropriate.
If a client materially violates these professional-boundary or safety requirements before or during an appointment, SUVANÉ may end the service and no refund will be issued for that appointment, subject to applicable law. This policy does not limit any rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.
Review before confirmation
Some paid bookings may require a brief manual review before the appointment is confirmed. SUVANÉ will contact the client using the booking details and will either confirm the appointment, request additional information, recommend a different next step, or issue a refund if we cannot provide the service.
Emergencies
SUVANÉ is not an emergency service. For urgent symptoms or an emergency, call 911 or seek immediate medical care.
